The power of part-time at AppBuilders
When I was at App Builders I gave a talk titled “The Power of Part-time”.
After the presentation I gladly discovered that some companies allow working 80% of the week. Some allow 6 hour work days, while others let employees take one day off. Every week.
Yes, we make software. And we like it. That doesn’t mean we have to make it full-time.
